CAPACITY:
Our production has a capacity to carry 8 cars.

TYPE:
Our production is of monoblock type (one-piece) model.

MAIN CHASSIS:
To be manufactured from ST52 I–section steel plate.

SIDE CHASSIS / UPPER PLATFORM:
Upper platform supported with 120 × 80 × 5 profiles,
Front and rear: NPU 140,
Cross-members: NPU 65.

RAMP SYSTEM:
Rear ramp system is hydraulic, and for car loading there is an additional mechanical system.

HYDRAULIC CYLINDERS:

• 1 pc: for upper platform movement, 100 × 100 × 1300 stroke (130 cm)

• 4 pcs: for lower deck movement

• 1 pc: for upper deck movement

• 1 pc: for rear ramp system
  Total: 7 hydraulic units and complete hydraulic installation

PLATFORM COLUMNS:
To be manufactured from 6 mm ST37 quality steel plate, specially press-bent.
Pulleys and ropes are mounted inside the columns to enable upper deck movement.

FLOOR:
Covered with 3 mm anti-slip oval perforated sheet.

KINGPIN:
2" kingpin, E-certified, compliant with DIN standards.

LANDING LEGS:
2 pcs mechanical landing legs, each with min. 25-ton capacity, local brand.

AXLES:
Local axle group with drum brakes, each 9-ton capacity, twin wheel type.

AIR SUSPENSION:
Air suspension bellows and parabolic Z-type leaf springs.

SHOCK ABSORBERS:
Shock absorbers limiting excessive axle movements.

BRAKE ADJUSTERS:
Automatic slack adjusters.

BRAKE CHAMBERS:

• 24" service brake chambers

• 24 × 30 spring brake (emergency/parking) chambers

BRAKE SYSTEM:
ABS (WABCO), imported automatic load sensing valve and line filters.
Twin-line air brake system.
Air suspension front lift axle and brake circuit air supply will be provided by two large air tanks.
In the air circulation system, imported polyamide pipes will be used.
Compliant with EU standards (4S/2M).

RAMP CONTROL VALVE:
Raise–Lower valve (WABCO).

ELECTRICAL SYSTEM:
7-pin plug, 24 V, in compliance with EEC standards, SABA brand.

PAINT:
2 coats epoxy primer + 2 coats top coat.
First-class acrylic oven-baked paint (AKZO) in color requested by the customer.
