EMS Makina began its commercial activities in Ankara in 2001. In the following years, the company expanded its operations with a focus on waste transport systems, waste transfer trailers and waste transfer stations.
EMS Makina introduced a 72 m³ waste transfer trailer for Etimesgut Municipality, representing one of the early major steps in the company’s waste transportation and transfer solutions in Türkiye.
The waste transportation system on the European side of Istanbul was reorganized using EMS Makina’s 72 m³ waste transfer trailers. By replacing the previous 30 m³ transport system with higher-capacity trailers, approximately 50% cost savings were achieved.
Following its growth in waste transfer trailers and mobile waste transfer stations, EMS Makina purchased a 20,000 m² industrial site in the Ankara Chamber of Industry 2nd Organized Industrial Zone and began construction of its new production facility.
